What’s your favorite Coffee?

This recent weeks,

Before the quick guide on how to make a dalgona coffee, here’s a little background from #Wikipedia:

The coining of the name is credited to the South Korean actor Jung Il-woo, who ordered a whipped coffee at an eatery in Macau during his appearance on a TV show called Stars’ Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant (신상출시 편스토랑). He likened the taste to that of dalgona, a type of Korean honeycomb toffee.

You will need:

• 4 tbps coffee (instant)
• 4 tbsp sugar
• 4 tbps hot water
• a sprinkle of coffee powder
• milk

How to prepare it:

1. Mix coffee, sugar and hot water.

2. Whisk it until the desired consistency is achieved.

3. Add milk to your glass and top it with your whipped coffee.
4. Enjoy! ;)
