You will need: 4-5 pcs. of cucumber (slice) 1 tbsp of minced garlic 1 medium size onion 1 spring onion Sauce 2 tbsp of soy sauce 2 tsp of sesame oil 2 tsp of red chili flakes 2 tsp of sesame seeds 2 tsp of vinegar 1 tsp of sugar (brown/white) How to prepare it: Slice the cucumbers Slice all other ingredients (Spices) Put these on a bowl and mix it with the above sauce ingredients.
