I totally agree. Since I’ve started focusing more on my crocheting and blogging about it, I’ve found a giant untapped pot of creativity and productivity.

Great to hear about that Lorena! Keep going! :)

I started my blog this year as my passion project. It helps me relax from my regular 8 to 5 job.

I’ve never heard of a passion project, but it seems like such a great way to get to know yourself better!

agreed, it’s like a hobby you do consistently. I used to do a lot of things I don’t have time for now, paint, draw etc. been thinking I should get back to it!

What an awesome idea – I love this! In fact, finding/having a passion project may get integrated into my Excellence Experiment (which in itself is a passion project). I do have some projects I’m passionate about, like my blog, but they are all career oriented. I love the idea of having a passion project that has absolutely nothing to do with work, just pure creativity or joy or contribution. Not sure yet what mine will be, but maybe something to do with creating a garden, or getting involved with an animal rescue – thanks for getting me thinking!

That’s exciting Susan… once you decided what would be your passion project, feel free to share it :) I enjoy seeing people putting action to their passion projects! Good luck!

I love the idea of a passion project something to get excited about :) I think having a passion project is like having a new lease on life . For me my passion is writing . It has helped me in so many ways . I have met new people , expressed myself creatively and so many more benefits .

JM, thanks for defining passion project. When I consider this and the points you have shared, it was certainly good to make everything I do a passion project. From my blogs to my children to cleaning the house, all is part of the sacred and passionate path of being alive. ❤️ Xo, Evelyn, PathofPresence
