Wow! I had never heard about canyoneering until reading your post. It sounds like it’s a lot of fun. I love the tip about buying a floater for your GoPro. We almost lost ours while swimming in Mexico!

This looks like so much fun! I will definitely get a good pair of water shoes with a good non-slip grip. I’ve also never heard of the term Cayoneering :)

Breakfast has always been one of my favorite meals, so I tend to overdo it when it comes to that meal haha. Great tip not to overeat before canyoneering. I would have been the main one to do it and end up vomiting!
