May – days have special dates that stand out among the 31 days. It has my birthday on 21st, Darrelle’s birthday & Mama Merlina’s bday (my mom-in-law) on the 27th and the most special of all is our Wedding Anniversary, today – the 16th! 16th MAY We’re celebrating our 3rd Wedding Anniversary this year. Concert Experience: Hillsong United Live in Dubai
Dubai, UAE: Hillsong United Live in Dubai! Ticking off a bucketlist when the chance is at hand? Why not!?! Right after hearing that Hillsong United is visiting the UAE this 2017, Kokobear and I decided to level-up praising God with this concert! It is actually one of our bucketlist! It’s a 2-day concert and 28th April just went soldout. So here we are on the 2nd day, 29th April – Saturday! Our transportation was arranged with fellow CFFL member, we rented a carlift and hit the road at 5:00 pm to reach Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium inside the Irish Village. We arrived at quarter to 7, right in time when the…

After the Hiatus
After the Hiatus – or before, this is what it was . . . It’s been 40 days (and a day) since I left Facebook for a soul-searching or an offering for the Holy week, I call it a sacrifice. I also gave up soda during those days and this is a public confession. The Cola Challenge I took a few sip in 3 or 4 occasions over the 40 days – I think I did it at least 5 times?!?. The oily/yummy viand signals your mind that it is so good to take even just a sip is indeed a challenge. I struggled and felt guilty – but the good thing…

Faith : Misconceptions of Christianity
I’ve intentionally prepared this blog for Easter Sunday! When everyone else thinks of Easter egg hunts and parties or just simply going to church and complete an obligation, I on the other hand – have been contemplating another “faith-based” post that I haven’t done for a while. A week ago I had a chance to deliver a talk (for the 2nd time with this topic) – CLS Talk #2 – What it means to be a Christian. I want to focus more on the facts of misconceptions for all Christians/Catholics that many of us fall into the trap of understanding barely the actions, without contemplating what it really meant. So,…

Maldives 2015
I’m creating this #throwback blog post as a simple guide of the 4-day #Maldives Trip. A special travel for me and Kokobear way back 2015. In fact, this is our first international trip – not counting the 18-hour stop-over in Singapore. Where I fell in love w/ SG! Before we tied the knot, it has been on our plan that we are making a yearly trip as a couple. Travel as a family someday with kids at least once a year in God’s will. So, in 2015, we ticked it off! This happened during the Eid holiday September 2015. We purchased a holiday package that covers our two-way flight tickets,…
